Nigerian youth need accessible, accredited training in construction trades, while developers struggle to find verified, skilled labor. Information regarding training programs, accreditation levels, and location-specific success rates is often scattered.
The FAST Programme is designed to bridge this gap by providing high-quality, free vocational training leading to National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) certification.

The NSQF Framework
The National Skills Qualification Framework is a standardized system for classifying and recognizing skills in Nigeria. It ensures that FAST graduates meet specific, measurable industry standards.
Entry Trade Operative
Basic competence in a range of simple tasks. Works under direct supervision.
Trade Operative
Competence in a range of varied but routine work activities. Minimum supervision required.
Craftsman
Competence in a broad range of complex, non-routine tasks. Capable of guiding others.
