Adesua worked on construction sites for years without formal certification. The FAST programme helped her codify her experience into an NSQF Level 2 certification. She now commands 3x her previous daily wage and oversees a team of 10 junior artisans on commercial sites in Enugu.
Today, Adesua continues to inspire others in Lagos State, proving that with the right support and certification, Nigerian artisans can compete at the highest levels.
